I am a proud mother, author, teacher and owner of Rubee Z Salon in south-central Pennsylvania. I reside on a farm with my daughter who is an avid equestrian, holding many state and national awards.

My short fiction and non-fiction stories have been published in Salon Ovation Magazine and PBA Progress, and my non-fiction piece “Healing in a Pocket” won the prestigious Bob Hoffman writing award. My articles have also been published in PA Equestrian and most recently the January and March editions of East Coast Equestrian.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing and Women’s Studies, and have penned a romantic suspense entitled Spurred to Justice which will release this summer, 2018. I have published an interactive children’s workbook for the salon called Let’s go to the Hairstylist.
